How does it feel in your hands ?
Is it less comfy now it's thinner ?
It takes a bit of getting used to, but a slim with a UMD in is lighter than a completely empty fatty :p
It's almost worth it just for the sexy factor.
Does it hurt if you play it for a while?

I heard the screen on the Slim is a lot sharper and crisper than the one on the regular PSP. Is that true? It looks like that in that picture, as far as pictures go...

He wants you to go into the Theme Settings and see if there are more than 12 backgrounds to choose from.

Don't know though, if there is a firmware upgrade. should i upgrade and keep it nice and up to date, like an Official PSP and leave all the mods to my old one?
Slim looks nice but the quality seems like crap (i.e the UMD tray)

Soooooooo...the only reason I'd get a Slim is if I had an income any time soon where it wasn't unreasonable to just spend $170 on something I don't really need (read: not in the lifetime of the Slim)

It's out here in Newfoundland Candada, was at Sony Store yesterday and saw one, they didn't have a display one yet but this week they said I could come in. Most of the them have homebrew psp's.
FreePlay How much more/less sensitive is the analogue nub? Is it more responsive than the original? Also any chance you'd do a youtube of the screen saver option? Are there new music visualizers?
i wish i had a slim i wont be getting one for a while, i want one that is either black or the silver one in that pic.
Is this a bunch of chick chat or is anyone gone share some pics.:p Just got mine today. Much lighter and smaller than the old psp. Feels cheap at first but when you get use to it, it feels good.

Actually not at all. My hands used to cramp a little with the old psp while playing lumines for 40 mins but when i did the same with the slim it didnt hurt at all. Played lumines for 60 mins straight followed by an hour of mlb 07. No hand discomfort at all:tup:Zitat:

I think the packaging looks nice, pretty gimmicky, and no homebrew possibilities as of now. Yes, I like playing my PSP games and all, heck, that's what I mostly do with it. With homebrew.. the possibilites are endless.
Of course, I CAN buy a Slim right this minute; I don't feel the need to. Most people owning original models don't either. In the future when we see custom firmware capabilities arise, yes, I may as well buy one myself.

How's the browser, can it load IGN?
Havent tested IGN yet. Tested qj forums and psp updates. Each loaded fine(didnt get any not enough memory like i occasionally used to on psp updates but I only tried once today) but the signal i use is weak so it took a minute. No noticeable differences yet in the browser for me but I havent tested alot of stuff yet.

It does look cheap and when i first picked it up It felt cheap. After 20 mins it felt just fine and it doesnt feel as cheap. Pretty solid build, but not as solid as the old one id say.
